CARGUARD ANGEL VIEW Trailer Cable for 4 Cameras

Our trailer cable, which was developed for professional use, allows you to operate 4 rear view cameras on a towing vehicle with trailer.

In addition to the 1 cm thick spiral cable with solid metal plugs and a length of 5 metres, the offered set contains a 4-pin monitor connection cable with a length of 20 metres, as well as two connection sockets. By using the highest quality materials, we can guarantee you original equipment quality.

One of the two connection sockets supplied is attached to the towing vehicle, the other to the trailer. Thanks to the fully galvanised, sturdy steel brackets and the mounting screws already included in the scope of delivery, you can install them in the positions of your choice.

The highly flexible spiral cable only needs to be plugged in, allowing you to efficiently connect and disconnect the trailer. Thanks to the use of waterproof metal fasteners on the spiral cable junction boxes as well as the trailer cable, you do not have to worry about possible damage due to water ingress.

In addition, the trailer cable connection is ADR-compliant and is therefore also suitable for use in the area of hazardous goods transport.

By using the trailer cable, you can optimally enable audio and video signals and also the power supply of the cameras. With our optional priority box, you can also define certain functions, such as engaging reverse gear or attaching and detaching the trailer, and automatically activate or connect the desired camera.

All ANGEL VIEW camera models from CARGUARD Systems with blue 4-PIN connectors can be connected via waterproof screw connections.

A 20m extension cable to the monitor is already included. For the connection of three additional cameras you need three optionally available 20m extension cables (Art.No.: RUVKA20).

In conjunction with an optional trailer priority box (art.no.: RU123VAT or RU121), you no longer have to manually switch the cameras of the towing vehicle and the trailer when coupling and uncoupling. This priority box does that for you automatically.
